v3.1.2 Big Improvement Update


Yeah, you may realize I skipped one update (v3.1.1), it's because there was almost no changes on that update that I decided just not to put a devlog on it

-- Additions --

  • The school will now render when opening the elevator (you will be able to see a small preview before the game actually starts)
  • Advanced Map now uses the same keybind set by the player (WASD or Arrow Keys on Settings)
  • Added 0th Prize to the How-to-Play Section

-- Improvements --

  • Re-worked 1st Prize AI
  • Re-worked NPC pathfinding in open-tiles
  • Optmized Bully's Script to Spawn
  • Improved Room Decoration Spawning Script (You may see way more decorations on rooms than before)
  • Cloud Copter's Blowing Animation is now Synchronized
  • NPCs will no longer have issues while walking on conveyors
  • NPCs will now always align with their spots on the Party Event
  • Small tweaks to the generator

-- Adjustments --

  • Library Mazes are slighty harder
  • Special SwingDoors (One-way and Coin Doors) now have a chance to spawn
  • Slighty changed Tree's Hitbox
  • Decreased F1 & F2 Min/Max Sizes
  • Decreased Faculty Room Spawn Amount
  • Baldi Slap Speed will no longer be affected (by notebooks or YCTPs) while unactive
  • Conveyor Belts and Roto-Halls now have a chance to spawn
  • If an elevator couldn't spawn in a direction, it will try another (for those elevators that spawns in random spots instead of long hallways)
  • Coin Swingdoors will only spawn if there's at least a Quarter on the map (that includes Library ones too)
  • Empty variant of Faculty Room will no longer spawn in F1
  • NPCs can no longer see you inside the mystery room

-- Bug Fixes --

  • Fixed glitch which elevators could close even if being the last one (generally on maps with less than the default amount of elevators)
  • If NPCs were on really big areas, they wouldn't find a path to continue wandering
  • Fixed a glitch which One-Way Doors could "block off" the entrances of rooms (this only affected NPCs)
  • Fixed a glitch with 1st Prize stopping one tile earlier if there was any obstacle on the way (He can now get on the roto-hall normally)
  • Fixed a glitch which could get NPCs stuck on Conveyors if they forgot their target
  • Fog Overlay will no longer show up inside the YCTP minigame
  • Fixed a glitch that if you used the Map at the same time Playtime gets you, you would get stuck on the Map
  • Fixed Community Walls not rendering properly when the player is inside or outside the room
  • Fixed three critical issues on the generator
  • NPCs will no longer try to get you if you're inside the mystery room
  • Fixed a glitch that was letting you get the items or interact with structures inside the gaps of a wall
